Turning-milling composite machine tool

Turning-milling composite machine tools are currently the most popular type of lathe, with two paths. Each path has a set of XZY and C-axes, equipped with servo turrets, and the spindle is equipped with high-precision magnetic ring encoders. With a single setup, it can complete turning, milling, drilling, tapping and other processes. Machining centres

The machining center is one of the most important production equipment in modern manufacturing. The machining center usually has a spindle, 4-5 feed axes, and a tool magazine. According to the production needs, it can also be configured with a rotary workbench. Milling, drilling, boring, tapping and other processes can be completed with one clamping, which can effectively improve production efficiency and shorten the cycle time. KND can provide a complete set of control solutions including CNC systems, servo drives, and servo motors according to your needs, suitable for various models such as vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, and gantry machining centers.

Industrial robots

KRC and KPC series products are multi-purpose industrial robot controllers, equipped with touch screens, convenient TEACH mode, access to visual systems (including 3D vision), and process packages for handling, palletizing, stamping, laser welding, etc. KND can provide a complete set of control solutions for KRC (KPC) controllers, servo drivers, and servo motors, suitable for six rotational robots, truss robots, etc.

Drive and motor

KND CNC has extensive experience in servo drives and motors, with fully independent core technology, a research and development center, and production bases. Among them, the SD510 series AC servo drives, in combination with the KA series synchronous servo motors and ZJY-K asynchronous servo motors, can be used for the feed axis and main spindle of CNC machine tools. The KSV series AC servo drives are suitable for applications in robotics and general automation fields.
